(OTC BB: GRXI), which recently acquired 85% of Green Globe, Ltd., a British company that owns the Green Globe brand, today announced that Steven R. Peacock, chief executive officer of the company, has purchased an additional 5 million shares of the company’s common stock in the open market at a price of $0.0001 per share. The purchase, which was made on March 5, 2008, brings the total number of shares of the company’s common stock that Mr. Peacock owns to 64,919,385.
